Eligible persons must open a regular share savings account with a minimum deposit of $25.00. A CLEAR and LEGIBLE copy of an unexpired government-issued picture ID is required (such as a current drivers license or passport, with your current address)
The following forms are required:
• Application for membership/account signature card
• Proxy Card
• Current paystub (if ADM employee)
• Two payroll deduction cards (if applicable)
• Blue distribution card (if applicable)
